Spanish version of EN15004-1 guideline available
Since its initial publication in 2008, the EN 15004-1 standard (Fixed firefighting systems - Gas extinguishing systems - Part 1: Design, installation and maintenance) has been largely based on ISO 14520-1. The text of the 2022 edition of ISO 14520-1, will be the basis of a proposed revision to EN 15004-1. A new guidance document prepared by Euralarm’s Extinguishing Section identifies the key changes that are expected to appear in the revised EN 15004-1. The guidance is designed to prepare specifiers, insurers, systems designers, and end users an early indication of what to expect once the revision to EN 15004-1 is completed.
Euralarm now also published a Spanish version of the guidance document.
