During the 9th Security Conference – PROTEGER 2024 Euralarm President Jon Könz gave a presentation on leadership in standardization.

Euralarm greatly appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed Right to Repair Directive. Although the Directive is not currently applicable to products within the professional alarm industry, Euralarm realises that there is a possibility for future delegated acts under Article 5(4) and Article 15, in areas which may affect such products in the future.

 Euralarm has formed an Executive Advisory Council that is open for members' senior managers. They should bring a broad view on the fire safety and security industry and how it is evolving.
