CoESS-Euralarm Joint statement on proposed Data Act

Euralarm and CoESS have released a Joint Declaration on the proposed Data Act. The European Security Industry, represented by CoESS and Euralarm, expresses its serious concerns about the present proposal for an EU Data Act and calls on European Parliament and Council to exclude data related to the provision of security services from the scope of the proposal. Both paries therefore recommend the amendment outlined in detail in the Annex I to Joint Statement.
