Attached is the November 2024 Compliance Newsletter. Among the topics that are covered in the Compliance Newsletter July 2024 are the Artificial Intelligence Act (AIA), the Artificial Intelligence Liability Directive, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Construction Products Regulation,  and the Radio Equipment Directive. There is also news on the Standardisation Policy, Critical Raw Materials Act, 2030 Digital Compass, NIS 2, GDPR, Machinery Directive and Product Liability Directive. Among the environmental news items are the Directive on the re-attribution of scientific and technical tasks to ECHA, the last Plenary meetings of ECHA concerning the PFAS restriction and the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation.
