Cancellation policy

If you are no longer able to attend, we strongly encourage you to transfer your registration to a substitute at no cost.

If you cannot find a replacement, cancellations submitted latest by 29 May 2026 will be refunded partially; a €50 handling fee will be charged for the cancellation. After this date, cancellations will not be refunded.
