Mr. Keith Shinn has been elected Chairman of ISO/TC 21/SC 3. This technical body part of the International Organisation for Standardisation deals with the field of Fire detection and alarm systems and related work on terminology, classification and symbols, as well as approval of advisory documents relating to the general principles and application of equipment and apparatus for fire protection.
