Bylaw - Diversity of Representation

Reference:

To be applied together with §6b Art1 and §9b of the Statutes

Purpose:

To improve the diversity of representation in the Euralarm Board

Proposed Bylaw:

Members Meetings of Euralarm Sections elect up to four Board members (Chairman, Vice chairman and up to two more delegates to the Board). The following selection criteria aim at a broad diversity of members and countries being represented in the Board:

If there are sufficient suitable candidates for the election of Section delegates to the Board, preference shall be given to delegates coming from different members and different countries. The diversity shall however not jeopardize the quality of the delegation.
